September 2014

After a weekend of camping for Labor Day, we brought Noah Runner home with us for his annual birthday stay at the farm.
This is an obstacle course we set up.
They each took their turn on their bike and I timed them from start to finish.

Noah kept track of their times, and then ranked them all at the end of the race.
Aleah came in 3rd place.

Natalie came in 2nd.

And Noah took home 1st place!

Time for some fun down in the Little Porcupine.

My babe and me!

After the Lil Porcupine, we headed down the cut across road a bit further to Spring Valley.
IT WAS FULL!  And beautiful!

A trip to the mailbox for mail, and Noah decided he wanted to run back to the house.
In his flip flops!

I picked him up half ways and he DROVE us the rest of the way home!

My older eldest gals playing make-believe.
Note Aleah's amazing efficiency!
She can nurse two babies at one time while walking around in high heels and a ballerina outfit!!!

Movie night with Noah!

Now to the field!
While Noah took off to ride in the combine, Tony and I took some pictures of the girls in their new t-shirts Papa got them...100% Farm Girl!

Here comes Papa!

So Big!

Loves for the littlest!

Seriously...I can't believe how fast they're growing up!

And those blue eyes!  Yummm!

Mom and Mayc!

Remember that canola field and its beautiful yellow flowers from the June 2014 post???
Well here are some canola seeds from harvest!
So tiny.  God's creation is so amazing.

Aleah at the top of one of Daddy's bins.

Natalie driving the grain cart for me!  We had a fun but chilly day in the field.

You're looking at her.  Tony's favorite female combine driver for Fast Ag!

My grain cart/combine passenger for the day.

100% Farm Girl means 100% okay with playing in the dirt!

And letting the wind blow through your hair!

Farm Girls also like to clean up and be pretty and wear dresses and
braid their hair and DANCE WITH A BRIDE IN HER BEAUTIFUL DRESS!
Thanks SaraAnn for the amazing night!
You made my girls feel like princesses for the evening!

They also love fresh picked flowers from their Great Grandma Gladys' house in Glasgow!
(As well as Nana's across the yard!)

Oh. My. Word.
Her scowl.
For your enjoyment.
Once again.
I can't get enough.
