Plus One (in more ways than one!)

(An old post...oops!  I thought I had posted it when we announced we were expecting #3.  Guess not!)

Nana DeeDee's birthday falls during harvest and the guys were not cutting around home this year, so rather than a birthday dinner, I made her and birthday breakfast.  We invited them over for some 'blueberry buttermilk' birthday cake, sausage patties, eggs, and fruit salad!

She got a big gift from us for Christmas the year before and we were still banking off that.  So for her gift we had a couple of surprises. 

A bag full of yellow squash. 

And...after the meal was over the girls took off their bibs and revealed these shirts!

 

I didn't get a picture of them that morning wearing their shirts, so I did one night not long after.

But anyways, you get the idea...we're expecting Baby #3 around April 7th!

Love you Most

Natalie and I have this little thing going where one of us tells the other, "I love you." From there we go back and forth with the following..."I love you more." "I love you the most." "I love you the mostest."

Well the other day she leaned over in my ear during supper and started it off. So went the following conversation...(all in whispers)

Natalie: "Mom, I love you."

Me: "I love you more."

Natalie: "I love you the most."

Me: "I love you the mostest."

Natalie: "I have to go poop."

Made me laugh so hard! Wanted to share that one with you!
