Craig, Lindsay, Addilyn, and Harrison made the drive up from KS
and were able to join us for a fun-filled day while we were down in NE in October.
A HUGE THANKS to them for making the drive, and for sharing in some awesome new memories!
We met them at a pumpkin patch for some outdoor fun!
Here we all are, posing in the oversized chair.
Check out this herd of cousins. Cutest herd I've seen for miles!
Now time for some fun! Craig and Addie all smiles on the slide.
Carrie and Aleah on the zip chair.
Sarah and Natalie's turn.
Aleah and Natalie going down the slide by their selves.
Love the pose they chose. Definitely sisters!
Mommy and Maycie cuddling up.
Nattie and Addie away!!
Burying Natalie in the corn box.
Addie and Aleah hand in hand!
Let the duck races begin!
Tres amigas!
Time for a ride on the cow train.
Aleah was excited because her cow's name was "Macie."
Carrie sat with Addie, and Sarah took our Maycie!
On the hayrack ride to the pumpkin patch.
The rest of the crew!
Grandpa John spotted this big one from a ways away.
He took off for it as soon as we stopped!
Addie found her favorite one too!
Tony found a couple to haul home.
My choice was the white one.
Footrest.
Addie was EXHAUSTED when we got back to Grandpa and Mimi's.
The other photographer of the day!
Somehow us mothers show up in very few photos while our kids are growing up
...this explains it!
Time for a snack of roasted marshmallows.
An important part of roasting marshmallows...contemplating their color and doneness.
Such fun memories were made on this day!
Thanks for traveling to see us while we were down in your neck of the woods...
well, somewhat in the proximity of your neck of the woods! :)
We love you all!
