Easter 2011

What a joyful Easter we had, celebrating the resurrection of our Lord and Savior!
This year's celebration was a bit more exciting for us considering we now have an active egg hunter in our household (other than Tony and I)!

Coloring eggs (and pictures!)

Aleah observing from her front-row seat.

All done!

After Natalie went to bed it was time to assemble what the Easter bunny would be delivering the next morning.

Making sure Daddy is doing it right!

Easter morning...And we're off!

She got the hang of it really quickly.

Digging for one in the chair.

Here's a good place to store my eggs.

Don't you think?

Let's take it outside...

...jammies and all!

Such a happy girl on Easter morning!

Church for us is just under an hour's drive away, so we decided to forego the Easter service at our own church in Glasgow and keep it a rather relaxed morning by attending church in Lustre
...about a five minute drive.

What a beautiful morning and day!
The family portrait for Easter 2011!

After dinner it is typical that the guys all head out to look at machinery and do the 'farm' talk.

Natalie and I caught up with them towards the end.

Putting on her game face...time for the outside Easter Egg Hunt!

One...

Two...

(Look at the intense focus on that face.)

Three (with a little help)...

Four...
Can you believe we're hunting eggs in a snowbank as tall as Natalie?

Look at that FULL basket!

What a wonderful Easter we had.
A big thanks to Papa and Nana for hosting and for helping to create some wonderful memories!
