Natalie's First Easter

Our Easter morning started out early.  We were up by 5am and on the road by 5:40am to make it to church by 6.  Being involved with Youth Group means that we get to help our youth pastor Seth and the YG kids prepare for the Sunrise service, which I absolutely LOVE!  After a beautiful service the kids served the 65 people in attendance a wonderful breakfast.  Clean-up was a ton of fun.  From here Tony was needed for the regular 10am service in the sound booth.  After this service we headed home to prepare for Easter dinner at our home.  Papa and Nana Fast, Great Gpa and Gma Fast, and Uncle Keith and Aunt Joan joined us for a meal of hamballs, loaded mashed taters, roasted asparagus, broccoli salad, peach salad, snicker salad, homemade buns, and delicious brownie pizza.

From here Natalie opened her Easter baskets, we played outside, and had some great converstaion with a few nappers here and there.  Thanks for the great day. 

Oh, and who could forget Papa Warren playing frisbee with Buddy.  Maybe Nana D will post some pictures of his mishaps!  :)  Let's just say that besides the frisbee getting stuck in the tree, there was also a volleyball to follow, and then an 8-foot long 2in x 2in piece of lumber!!!  HA!

Oh, and I will be posting a picture of our Easter outfits as soon as I take it!  When we got home from church we had discovered that Natalie had a rather large accident in her car seat on the way home which got all over daddy's shirt as well...so, we'll have to play dress up one of these days to re-capture a family photo.
